OUR CELLARS
The Cellars of the Court, built in 1320 by the marquis Pallavicino, were used for the seasoning of their salamis, cheeses and wines and also to store their other products. A place full of history, where they dried the “Culatelli” which were sent to the dukes of Milan (Sforza) for the banquets of Castello Sforzesco, or which were offered to the European noblesse or to the most influent men to obtain their graces. A great part of these Cellars will be devoted to the reception of cuisine courses, to a Master about Culatello, to some small events like suggestive dinners, at candle light, but also to conferences about art, wines, typical products, the river Po and the history of our land.

The NOBLE STAGE
A part of the guest rooms of the Noble Stage will remain at the entire disposal of our guests, where they will be able to relax by drinking a tisane of the monks of the abbey Torrechiara or by reading a good book ! Besides, in the tower of the Signs of the Zodiac, they will be able to consult our library dedicated to our pigs and our territory.
